A birth chart is personal. Here is, in plain words, what the app keeps, who can see it, and how to take it back — the legal versions are linked at the bottom.
Four plain promises
Only you see your charts
Your birth details, saved people, chats, reports and coins are visible to your account alone. There is no public profile and no sharing by default.
No birth data in analytics
We count events like 'a report was made' to improve the app. Those counts never carry names, emails, birth details or locations.
Delete your account yourself
Profile → danger zone → a confirmation link lands in your email. Click it and the account and its data are removed.
Marketing email is your choice
Turn marketing emails on or off in your profile. Account emails — codes, receipts, deletion links — always send.
What the app keeps, and why
Everything below exists for one reason: the AI cannot read a chart it does not have.
- Your name, gender, birth date, time and place
- To draw your chart and address you by name
- Saved people and their birth details
- To draw their charts and run matches between them
- Your chats and the AI's answers
- So you can reopen, rename and continue them
- Your reports
- So the same report is never charged twice and the PDF is always there
- About You and reply-style text, if you wrote any
- So the AI can use it in your own chats
- Coin balance and every coin movement
- So the wallet page can show where coins came from and went
- Your language, theme and animation settings
- So the app opens the way you left it
What you control
Edit
Change your birth details, saved people and personalization any time from Profile.
Memory switch
Turn AI memory off and the AI stops carrying context between chats.
Clean up
Delete any chat, saved person or report. Archive chats you want out of the way.
Leave
Delete the whole account from Profile. It needs the confirmation link we email you, so nobody else can do it.

Questions about your data
- Can anyone else see my saved family members?
- No. Saved people belong to your account only. Another user cannot search for, view or match against them.
- Does the AI learn from my chats?
- With AI memory on, the AI uses what it learns in your chats for your later chats. Switch memory off and each chat starts fresh. Your chats are not shown to other users.
- What happens to my reports and coins if I delete my account?
- They are removed with the account. Download any PDFs you want to keep first, and spend or let go of remaining coins — deletion is permanent and needs the confirmation link from your email.
- Do you need my exact birth time?
- The chart is more accurate with it, and the app asks for it. If you only know an approximate time, enter your best estimate; you can edit it later.
- Is my payment information stored?
- Payments are handled by Razorpay and Dodo Payments on their own secure pages. KundliGPT records that a pack was bought and the coins it added, not your card details.
